Find the missing vowels and unscramble the consonants in order to get the right word.

2- A small, light vehicle with three wheels for carrying people or goods, pedalled by the operator. .... TRISHAW
3- The ability to see. ..... EYESIGHT
4- To stumble (about or into something) ..... BLUNDER
5- A coil or loop of rope, wool, string etc. ... HANK
6- (Of a taste or smell) sharp and strong. ..... PUNGENT
7- To talk on and on foolishly, pretending that one knows something which one does not. ..... WAFFLE
8- Adjective of value too great to be estimated. ..... INVALUABLE
9- A place in which birds are kept. .... AVIARY
10- In sport, a judge or umpire at a boundary line. .... LINESMAN
Not easy today, especially numbers 1 and 6, but that's the aim of the game. Thanks a lot, Marit, for this new "missing vowels".

1- An area where displays etc are held. ..... (d s g n w h r) 3 showground = champ de foire.
2- A small, light vehicle with three wheels for carrying people or goods, pedalled by the operator. (h t w r s) 2 trishaw = cyclo-pousse.
3- The ability to see. (h y t g s) eyesight = vue, vision.
4- To stumble (about or into something) (d l r b n) 2 blunder = faire une gaffe, buter contre, se déplacer maladroitement.
5- A coil or loop of rope, wool, string etc. (n h k) 1 hank = écheveau.
6- (Of a taste or smell) sharp and strong. (g p t n n) 2 pungent = âcre, caustique, mordant, très fort.
7- To talk on and on foolishly, pretending that one knows something which one does not. (f l w f) 2 waffle = baratiner.
8- Adjective of value too great to be estimated. (v l l n b) 5 invaluable = inestimable.
9- A place in which birds are kept. (r v) aviary = volière.
10- In sport, a judge or umpire at a boundary line. (m l s n n) linesman = juge de touche, juge de ligne.
