Le texte suivant :
Just as the world is changing, building standards are constantly evolving to adapt to the reality of the housing market. From BA 06 (the first regulatory text in 1906 on the use of reinforced concrete) to BAEL 91, via CCBA 68 and 70, the calculation rules for civil engineering structures have constantly evolved. In Europe, BAEL 91, modified in 99 (reinforced concrete in limit states) is already a thing of the past. In many other countries, for example in Senegal, this design code for reinforced concrete structures will continue to be used for a long time. However, this code is being replaced by new European standards called Eurocodes, which officially came into force on March 1st, 2010.
The EC.2 devoted to the calculation of reinforced concrete structures then succeeds the BAEL. Differences appear between the two regulations.
