I have read this sentence: "I miss talking to the old you" in an exercise and I don't understand the meaning in French.

Hello Capi,

It kind of means "parler à la personne que tu étais avant/ à l'ancien toi me manque"
The person to whom this sentence is addressed may have changed their behavior/manner of being over time, at least towards the speaker ...
