Bonjour, je dois écrire une rédaction sur notre assistante anglaise. Pouvez vous corriger mon texte ?
Merci.
Annemiek lives in Davis, in the middle of California. In summer, the weather is warm. It's 40 degrees. In winter, it's 10-15 degrees. It doesn't snow in Davis,
but in north California, it does. Annemiek goes snowboarding. She lives with her parents. She's in university. The bachelor is at end of university. She saw famous peoples : actors of High School Musical, Will Smith in Hollywood, and Mike Tyson in a restaurant. Mike Tyson is scary because he's got a tattoo on his face.
She travels a lot. She went in Canada, in Mexico, in London, in Netherlands, in Belgium, in Ireland, in Paris and in Australia. She stayed in Australia for one year because her dad was researching. She speaks English, French and Dutch.
Merci d'avance !

Hi,
Just a few tiny errors:
Annemiek lives in Davis, in the middle of California. In summer, the weather is warm. It's 40 degrees. In winter, it's 10-15 degrees. It doesn't snow in Davis, but in north California, it does. Annemiek goes LIKES TO GO snowboarding. She lives with her parents. She's in AT university. The bachelor is at end of HIS STUDIES/COURSE AT university. She saw HAS SEEN famous people(s NO PLURAL MARKER REQUIRED) : actors of High School Musical, Will Smith in Hollywood, and Mike Tyson in a restaurant. Mike Tyson is scary because he's got a tattoo on his face.
She travels a lot. She went HAS BEEN in TO Canada, in TO Mexico, in TO London, in TO THE Netherlands, in TO Belgium, in TO Ireland, in TO Paris and in TO Australia. She stayed in Australia for one year because her dad was CARRYING OUT research(ing). She speaks English, French and Dutch.
You go TO a country, not IN - also remember you need the definite article with plural countries, the Netherlands, the United States.
You can say 'She went to Canada' but you must then specify a time... She went to Canada last year for a month.
'To research' needs an object. If you don't want to specify what is being researched, you would need to rephrase and say 'to carry out/undertake some research.'
Hope this helps!
