Voilà ce que je remarque, si ça peut aider:

Lately (j'éviterais dans l'absolu: avant, ça ne l'était pas...) English has become my priority (j'utiliserais le pst perfect ici, mais sans obligation), even more since I applied for (a job?) with your company and you gave me about the importance of having a good level (vous êtes sûr(e) de cette expression "to give about?"). I would add that I can follow a simple conversation, read, understand and answer emails.
I am ready to work hard to be as efficient as possible.
Having a good level est très mot à mot. Pensez à "being fluent in English/almost fluent in English".
"Respond" signifie plutôt une réaction, comme "response". C'est answer tout simplement.
