is this sentence true? "by the way"?
it's good by the way it assembles people and make on their the soul of cooperation,but it becomes negative if it goes trough the life of who do it.

Spirit of cooperation is a good phrase....when it brings people together in a spirit of cooperation/and creates a spirit of cooperation. I prefer in a spirit of cooperation.
