So, if we are motivated and determined, we can manage our goals.I think that it isn't easy for all mother to accomplish their dream job, because they spend more times and energy with their kids and families.
Moreover, poor people have not the means to get a dream job.

Moreover, poor people have not** the means to get their dream job.

* Look up accomplir or atteindre in the dictionary, and you'll find a better word than manage.
**I would use an auxiliary verb here.
