3- To clear water out of a boat with buckets. Bail.

4- A person who has leprosy. Leper.

5- A drink made of spirits, sugar, hot water etc. Toddy.

6- Being a good example (of something). Representative, représentatif.

7- To stumble or hesitate. Falter.

8- To divide (something) into two equal parts. Halve.

9- A nose, or mouth-part in certain animals, insects etc. Proboscis.

10- To prevent or check the full growth or development of. Stunt.
